We understand that you are seeking God's intervention for rest and for justice to be served quickly. You've asked for Jesus' mighty blood and fire on his adversaries, and for truth to be revealed. You've also petitioned for God to fight with His mighty, godly legal counsel.
Firstly, it is important to acknowledge that God is a God of justice, and He cares about the wrongs that are committed against us. And He is jealous for us to have a close relationship with Him.
We are reminded in Romans 12:19, "Avenge not yourselves, beloved, but give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord."
However, we must also remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places, as told in Ephesians 6. As such, we should not wish harm upon others, but rather trust God to work out justice in His perfect way and timing.
In light of this, let us pray:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who seeks Your intervention for rest and justice. Lord, we ask that You grant them the peace and rest that only You can provide. We also trust that You will fight the battle for them. We ask that You will bring the truth to light and have Your way in the situation they are facing.
Lord Jesus, you instruct us in Matthew 5:44 to "love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which spitefully use you, and persecute you;". We must remember that we had the same requirement for God's mercy and His forgiveness. And God's word tells us that it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. Therefore, we must make sure that we are right with God ourselves. That is all of us, not just those we may accuse of being adversaries.
Lord, we know that Your justice is perfect, and Your timing is divine. Help them to trust in You and to rest in Your goodness as they wait for Your will to be done. Give them the strength and courage to face each day, knowing that You are always with them.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue to seek God's will in this situation and to trust in His perfect plan. Remember that God is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Be careful to make sure that you are not harboring unforgiveness or bitterness in your heart. We as Christians are held to a higher standard. One of loving and forgiving our enemies. God will deal with His enemies as He sees fit.
