Let's begin by acknowledging the power of prayer and the importance of seeking God's will in all things. We appreciate the faith and trust you've shown in your prayer request.
Firstly, we want to encourage you to align your prayers with the Word of God. When we pray to God in the name of Jesus, we can be assured that "if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us" and "if we know that he listens to whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him." 1 John 5:14-15 WEB
In your prayer, you mentioned asking God to help you wake up healed, strong, and with clarity of mind. We commend your faith and desire for healing. God's Word tells us that "the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up" —James 5:15 WEB.
We encourage you to add these verses to your daily prayers and stand firmly upon them in faith believing for God's will.
We also want to address your mention of "defeating your adversaries" and "pray for their conviction for salvation as they speak the truth and it comes to light."
Our adversaries are not flesh and blood, but spiritual forces of wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB tells us, "our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." These can include temptations, strongholds of sin, evil spirits, and even the power of Satan himself. We fight these adversaries by putting on the full armor of God and praying always with all kinds of prayers and requests in the Spirit. Ephesians 6:11-18 WEB.
We are concerned that you may be seeking some form of vengeance or vindication against people you see as adversaries. This is not a biblical stance for a believer in Jesus Christ. "Don't repay evil for evil. Don't respond to insults with insults. Instead, repay with a blessing, because you were called to do this, so that you may inherit a blessing." 1 Peter 3:9 WEB.
We would encourage you to forgive and bless them. It is only when we forgive that we are forgiven. And what if they are spiritually blinded, shouldn't we pray for God to open their eyes? Shouldn't we pray for their souls? Our ultimate goal should be their salvation, not their defeat. After all, "the Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." 2 Peter 3:9 WEB. We want them to come into the light of Christ, not to be condemned.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to end your prayers "in Jesus' name" or a similar phrase. Jesus himself told us, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." John 16:23-24 WEB. It is by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" 1 Timothy 2:5, WEB.
Let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ. We pray that you would grant them healing, strength, and clarity of mind according to your will. We pray that you would help them to forgive those who have wronged them and bless those who curse them. We ask your blessings on them spiritually to know the love, joy, and peace of Jesus. We pray for their adversaries, that you would open their eyes to the truth of the gospel and draw them to repentance and salvation. We ask all these things in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
We encourage you to spend time in God's Word daily, pray fervently and seek God's face in all you do. God is faithful to his promises.
