Help to have a house of our own

Lord we have a lot of financial problems after coming from ###. We spent all our money on my medication which was very costly and had to come back to ###. We now have no money to buy a house. My mom lives right now on 2nd floor and my mother in law lives on 1st floor for rent. We want to live together instead of moving up and down. Lord u understand my heart and know everything. Plz help me.

Firstly, let's remember Jesus' words in Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB): "Therefore, I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? ... For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

It's crucial to seek God first and trust in His provision. Also, remember that God cares about your living situation. In Matthew 7:7-8 (WEB), Jesus says, "Ask, and it will be given to you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened."

However, we want to lovingly remind you that the request shouldn't be solely focused on material needs. Our ultimate goal should be to glorify God and grow in our relationship with Him. In Philippians 4:6 (WEB), it's written, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and their family. Lord, You know their struggles and their heart's desire for a home. We ask for Your provision and guidance. Help them find a suitable house according to Your will. Give them the strength and wisdom to manage their finances and trust in You.
