We are truly saddened to hear about the struggles you are facing with your children, and we are here to pray and offer biblical encouragement.
Firstly, let's pray for your son. It is important to remember that God loves him deeply, and He desires for him to live a life that honors Him. We pray that God will grant your son freedom, not just from jail, but also from any bondage of sin that may have led him there. We pray that he will come to know Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior if he has not already. We remember the words of Jesus in John 8:36 (WEB), "If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed."
We also pray for your daughter, that God will bring her back into a life filled with His presence and purpose. We pray for her spiritual revival, that she may know Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. In Psalm 16:11 (WEB), it says: "You will show me the path of life. In your presence is fullness of joy. In your right hand there are pleasures forever more."
We pray for both of their safety. We ask God to surround them with His angels and protect them from all harm and danger. In Psalm 91:11 (WEB), it says: "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."
We also want to encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and faith. God is faithful, and He hears your prayers. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 7:7-8 (WEB), "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened."
We also want to address that we only have access to God through the name of Jesus Christ. It is important to pray in the name of Jesus, as it is the name that is above all names. In John 14:6 (WEB), Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
Lastly, we want to remind you that God is a God of redemption and restoration. He can turn any situation around for His glory. Trust in Him, and He will act on behalf of your children.
