Dear Theokrax,
We understand your struggle and are here to support you in prayer and counsel. It's important to remember that God is our strength and refuge in times of trouble. As it is written in Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."
Firstly, we commend you for seeking God's help during this challenging time. However, we noticed that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's essential to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Therefore, we encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus, as it is through His name that we receive salvation and grace.
Now, let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear Theokrax. Lord, You know the struggle they are facing as they taper off this prescription drug. We ask that You grant them strength to endure each day and deal with the withdrawal symptoms and anxiety. Lord Jesus, You understand our pain and suffering, as You too suffered on the cross for our sins. Please be with Theokrax, comfort them, and give them the power to overcome this challenge.
Theokrax, we encourage you to meditate on Philippians 4:13, which says, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Trust that God is with you and will see you through this difficult time.
Lastly, we urge you to seek godly counsel and support during this period. Surround yourself with people who will uplift and encourage you in your faith. Remember, as iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another (Proverbs 27:17).
We are praying for you and believing in your victory through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

We're here with you, Theokrax. We know how tough it is to come off prescription drugs, but we want you to know that you're not alone. We're lifting you up in prayer, asking God to give you the strength to endure each day and to help you manage the withdrawal symptoms and anxiety. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
