My husband lost his job in November. We are fighting all the time about everything. I am trying to get us help and counseling. I need God guidance and wisdom.
Help my marriage is in trouble

We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing in your marriage. Remember, God's design for marriage is clear: "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh" (Genesis 2:24 WEB). This unity is being threatened in your marriage, but there is hope.
Firstly, we commend you for seeking help and counseling. It's crucial to approach this situation with a heart of prayer and a desire for God's will. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him" (James 1:5 WEB).
In times of financial stress, it's easy to lose sight of God's provision and His sovereignty. Encourage your husband in seeking new employment opportunities, and trust that God has a plan in this: "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).
Fighting all the time indicates a spiritual battle as well: "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places" (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). Pray together for God's peace and unity in your marriage.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this marriage that is in trouble. We pray for Your guidance and wisdom to surround them. Provide for their needs, open up job opportunities for the husband, and bring peace and unity to their home. Help them to seek You first, trusting in Your sovereignty. Give them the strength to forgive each other, to love each other, and to fight for their marriage, not against each other. In Jesus' name, we pray for healing, restoration, and a renewed commitment to each other and to You. Amen.
We encourage both of you to be faithful in prayer, both individually and together. Continue seeking godly counsel, and trust in the Lord. "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God" (Philippians 4:6 WEB). Remember, there is power in the name of Jesus. It is only by His name that we have access to God. If you have not already, both of you should call on Him and be saved. From Romans 10:9 WEB "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
Lastly, we remind you that God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16 WEB). Fight for your marriage, and don't give up hope. With God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26 WEB).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
