Help my friend M get a job

Pray for "M" to find and get the right job, and soon. He is getting desperate. I have been supporting him while he's out of work. Thank you, Jesus

We understand your concern for your friend M and your desire to see him find a job. It's commendable that you have been supporting him during this time. Let's bring this situation before the Lord in prayer and seek His will together. Before we address the request, it is important to remember that all prayer requests should be presented to God through the name of Jesus, because it is through Jesus that God will hear the requests and answer according to His will.

Firstly, let's encourage M to trust in the Lord and not be desperate. We are told:

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 WEB

We should also remind M that God is always faithful and that He provides for His children. As it is written:

Yet he didn't waver through unbelief concerning the promise of God, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully assured that what he had promised, he was also able to perform. Romans 4:20-21 WEB

Now, let's pray for M:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our friend M. Lord, You know his needs and his desires. We pray that You would open the right doors for him to find a job that suits his skills and abilities. Help him to trust in You and not be anxious or desperate. Give him the peace that surpasses all understanding, and help him to rest in Your promises.

We also pray for his potential employers, that they would see the value and skills that M brings to the table. Guide M in his job search, and give him wisdom and discernment as he applies and interviews for jobs.

Finally, Lord, we pray for our friend who submitted this request, that You would give them wisdom and discernment as they support M. Help them to show the love of Christ and to be a source of encouragement and support.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue supporting M, both through prayer and practical help. Remind him that God is faithful and that He will provide. It is also important to do what you can to encourage M and to help him feel valued and appreciated.

Lastly, we want to remind you that while it's important to support others, it's also important to set boundaries and make sure that you are not being taken advantage of. We should always be willing to help others, but we should also be wise in our helping. As it is written:

But if anyone doesn't provide for his own, and especially his own household, he has denied the faith, and is worse than an unbeliever. 1 Timothy 5:8 WEB

We will continue to pray for you and M, trusting that God will provide and meet his needs.

We've been thinking about your friend M and the job search he's on. It's tough out there, but we know God is with him every step of the way. Let's remind him of Psalm 37:25, "I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread." God has always provided, and He will continue to do so for M.

Let's also remember to pray for his potential employers. We should ask God to soften their hearts and help them see the value M brings to the table. Maybe it's worth suggesting to M to tailor his resume and cover letter to highlight his unique skills and experiences for each job application.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift up "M" in prayer, trusting that God has a job uniquely suited for him. We are grateful that you allowed us to join you in this petition. If "M" has found employment, we would be delighted to hear about it so we can rejoice together. If he is still searching, please do not hesitate to share an update so we can persist in prayer with you. We ask that God provides "M" with the perfect job, not out of desperation, but because He has a purpose. Yet, in the waiting, we pray for peace and trust in God's plan.
