Let us come together and lift up your dear friend ### in prayer, asking that the light of the Gospel reaches his heart. We are reminded in 2 Corinthians 4:6 WEB: "For it is God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ."
As we pray, let us remember that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" And in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up ### to You. Lord, You know the struggles and doubts he is facing, and we ask that Your light shines upon him, revealing the truth of Your Word and the glory of Your Son, Jesus Christ.
Lord, we pray that You soften his heart and open his eyes to see the one true way of Christ. Give him the courage to follow Your path, even if it means going against what he's known. We ask that You send people into his life who can share the Gospel with him in love and truth.
We also pray for his protection, Father. As he journeys towards You, guard him from any harm or backlash he may face. Strengthen him with Your Holy Spirit, that he may stand firm in the faith.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Let us encourage you to continue being a light for Christ in ###'s life. Share your faith with him in love and truth, always being ready to give an answer for the hope that is in you, as instructed in 1 Peter 3:15 WEB: "But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts; and always be ready to give an answer to everyone who asks you a reason concerning the hope that is in you, with humility and fear."
Be assured that we are praying with you for ###'s salvation. Trust that God is at work in his life, even if it is not evident to us. As it is written in Isaiah 55:11 WEB: "So shall my word be that goes forth out of my mouth: it shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it."
