Help me have the right routine for my skincare. God please help me continue good exercise and food habits. Tell me why I had the dream last night. Let me be kind to myself when others misunderstand me. Bring truth to light!

As for your skincare, exercise, and food habits, let's recall 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB, which says our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and we should honor God with them. Let's pray for discipline and consistency in these areas.
