Help my brother to be released from prison

Lord, please help my brother to get out of the prison and let all charges be dropped against him.
Lord, he is falsely accused for rape and heavy physical abuse because this woman is taking revenge on him, he wanted to break up with her.
She is lying manipulative drug using very rich mentaly diagnosed woman who is adding every month new accusations to keep my brother in prison custody as long as she can.
My brother has no criminal record and she is very rich, never worked in her life, is still using cocaine (which her sister claims in the legal document that we have received).
Lord, he lost his salary last month and on 15.july he looses his job.
He must pay the rent, loans and alimony for his children.
My parents must spend the money now for him and possibly in the future.
It is a big stress for us and this was the money that my mother promised me for a bigger appartment.(i have really small appartement and am very frustrated with it)
The devil is harrassing us and stealing from us big deal.
My parents are old 85, and they must put much energy and effort in paying his bills, going to his appartement, visiting him in prison, paying for lawyers, lord, give them health and strength, wisdom, joy, optimism, Lord, do not let the the devil to break my brother and parents in Jesus name. This is huge attack on my family and me, like i never remember in my life.
In Jesus name, i decree and declare no weappon formed against us will prosper in Jesus name!!!
