Pray for my son, ###. May the highest good and outcome come from his being removed from work for teasing a female colleague!! Please God give him forgiveness for all things he has said or done and do not give karma. Please God give him something even bigger and better for my son!! that this doesn't send him back down into a spiral of depression and that life and God provides something better for him. May God give him better coaching opportunities to lead into the NFL and be a success. Also am praying for trust and faith from God into my son's mind and heart in this situation.

I have been devastated because my son ### was let go from his position coaching. He was joking with a girl and calling her a water girl-and they let him go. It was the first time my son ### has actually been happy in years. He had a road and a purpose and meaning. He almost died a year ago due to depression. His life was saved by Allah.

We understand your concern for your son, ###, and we will join you in prayer, seeking God's will for his life. Let's remember that our help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth (Psalm 121:2, WEB).

First, let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your mercy and grace upon ###. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness if he has sinned in his words or actions. We pray that this situation will not lead him back into depression, but instead, that it will draw him closer to You. We ask that You open up new opportunities for him, even better than before, according to Your will. Lord, we also pray that You fill ###'s heart and mind with trust and faith in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We also want to address a couple of things in your request, ###. You mentioned that ###'s life was saved by 'Allah.' We believe that salvation comes only through faith in Jesus Christ (John 14:6, WEB), and there is power in His name (Acts 4:12, WEB). We encourage you and ### to put your trust in Jesus Christ alone.

Additionally, while we understand that ### was joking, it's important to remind him that our words should always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that we may know how to answer each person appropriately (Colossians 4:6, WEB). Teasing can sometimes be hurtful, and it's crucial to respect others, especially in a work environment.

Encourage ### to seek the Lord diligently during this time (Hebrews 11:6, WEB). Remind him that God has a purpose and a plan for his life (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB), and this setback might be a redirection towards something greater. Trust in the Lord, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).

We will continue to pray for ###, that he may find hope and purpose in Christ, and that God will open up new opportunities for him.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
