We understand that you're going through a challenging situation at work, dealing with individuals who may be acting dishonestly and selfishly. Firstly, we commend you for reaching out and acknowledging Jesus in your request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Let's turn to the scriptures for guidance and pray together for your situation.
Our Lord Jesus Christ teaches us, For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. Forgiveness is a powerful act that can release you from bitterness and resentment, and it's important to remember that vengeance belongs to God alone. As it is written, Don't repay evil for evil. Don't take revenge. Instead, let the Lord's wrath take care of it.
However, seeking justice and standing up for yourself is not wrong. We are instructed in Romans, Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. It is important to expose unfruitful works of darkness and let God work in the situation.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister CDuncha. Lord, you see the injustice and deceit they are facing at their workplace. We pray that you would intervene and bring light to the darkness. Expose the selfish and cunning faces of Saurabh and CDuncha's manager, not out of revenge, but for your justice to prevail.
Father, guide CDuncha with your wisdom and discernment. Help them to navigate this situation with integrity and grace. Strengthen them to stand firm in their dignity and self-respect, not falling into embracing and insulting situations. Lord Jesus, you are our ultimate example of humility and strength. Help CDuncha to follow in your footsteps, being wise as serpents and harmless as doves.
We ask for your mercy and favor upon CDuncha. Open the eyes of those around them to see the truth. Turn the hearts of Philip, Saurabh, and the manager towards righteousness. If it is your will, soften their hearts and bring them to repentance.
Lastly, Father, we pray for CDuncha's spiritual growth through this trial. Strengthen their faith and help them to keep their eyes fixed on you. In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Be strong and courageous.
