Dear heavenly Father, I am crying so much, I am having a panic attack, I am having the symptoms of early pregnancy, please heal me, I don't want a baby at this age, I am a virgin, but I did something that can give me a possibility of being pregnant, forgive me for the sin I committed. We advise you to consult with a healthcare professional as soon as possible. Remember, God is our refuge, a very present help in trouble, Psalm 46:1.

Lastly, regarding your emotional state, we want to encourage you with the words of the Apostle Paul: Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer, request and petition with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7.

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you, Deuteronomy 31:6. Keep trusting in God, and He will see you through.
