Help me with my faith in God. I used to dabble with New Age, Buddhism, Taoism, and Yoga. I used to participate in idol worship and mantra chanting and various practices, and I've witnessed some spiritual effects and signs. But pray to Jesus for me and help me understand what those signs were, with references to the word of God. I know sorcery is mentioned in the Bible. I have been a righteous child of God for 16 years, but did not attend church for the first 14 years. Hence, I followed deceiving spirits (I think). Pray to the Lord Jesus Christ/ God the Father for me.

Dear Anonymous,

We lift up your prayer request to the Lord Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. We pray that He will strengthen your faith in God and guide you in understanding the spiritual experiences and signs you have witnessed. We ask that the Holy Spirit illuminate your heart and mind, revealing the truth and aligning it with the Word of God.

In seeking understanding, let us turn to the Scriptures. The Bible warns against engaging in practices that involve idol worship, sorcery, and following deceiving spirits. In Galatians 5:19-21, it says, "Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God."

However, we also find hope and assurance in the power of Jesus' name. In Acts 4:12, it says, "And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." By turning to Jesus and seeking His forgiveness, you can find redemption and restoration.

We pray that you will continue to seek the truth in God's Word and that the Lord will grant you discernment and wisdom. May He strengthen your faith, lead you on the path of righteousness, and guide you to a community of believers where you can grow in fellowship and worship.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
