We understand that you're struggling with temptation, but we want to commend you for reaching out and seeking help. Firstly, it's crucial to acknowledge that true help comes from God, and it's through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB.
In moments of weakness, remember that God is our strength and our shield. As Psalm 28:7 WEB says, Yahweh is my strength and my shield. My heart has trusted in him, and I am helped. Therefore my heart greatly rejoices. With Yahweh, I have saved the anointed.. Trust in Him to be your strength in moments of temptation.
Pornography is a sin against your own body, as it is written, Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB. Therefore, it is something to flee from, not to entertain or indulge.
To overcome this struggle, fill your mind with God's word. As Romans 12:2 WEB says, Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.
Practically, consider installing accountability software on your devices, finding a Christian brother to be your accountability partner, and being open with them about your struggles. Also, be mindful of the things you allow into your life, as they can trigger temptations. As Psalm 101:3 WEB says, I will set no vile thing before my eyes. I hate the work of those who fall away. It will not cling to me.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with temptation. Lord, we ask that You would strengthen them in their moment of weakness. Cleanse their heart and mind, and help them to flee from sexual immorality. Guide them into all truth through Your word, and provide them with godly accountability. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to resist temptation, and God will be faithful to provide you with a way out. As 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB says, No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.
