Help me to fast! LORD, please save me from afflictions if i do not complete a fast in Jesus name, Amen.

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of our anonymous friend who desires to fast but is seeking your help and guidance. We acknowledge that fasting is a spiritual discipline that requires strength and perseverance. We ask for your grace and empowerment to embark on this journey of fasting.

Lord, we pray that you would remove any obstacles or afflictions that may hinder our friend from completing a fast. Your Word assures us that when we seek you with a sincere heart, you will hear us and answer our prayers . We ask for your wisdom and discernment to know the right way to fast and the duration that would be pleasing to you.

We also ask for your protection and strength during this time of fasting. Help our friend to overcome any physical or spiritual challenges that may arise. Fill them with your Holy Spirit, providing them with the necessary strength and endurance to complete the fast.

Lord, we surrender our desires and intentions to you, knowing that your will is perfect. If there are any areas in our lives that need to be aligned with your will, we ask for your conviction and guidance. Help us to seek your face and to draw closer to you through this time of fasting.

We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in your promises that when we ask according to your will, you hear us and grant our requests . May this time of fasting be a time of spiritual growth, renewal, and intimacy with you.

Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always obey and respect You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
