We understand your concerns and are here to pray and offer guidance based on biblical principles. Let's address your requests one by one.

Firstly, you've asked for permanence in your job and to excel in your work. We encourage you to look to God as your provider and the one who establishes the work of your hands. Remember the words of Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving." Let's pray that you find favor in your workplace and that you work as unto the Lord.

Next, you've asked for your child's safety. It's beautiful to see a parent's heart seeking God's protection. In Matthew 19:14 WEB, Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and don't forbid them; for to such belongs the Kingdom of Heaven." We will pray for your child's safety and that they grow to know and love the Lord.

Lastly, you've asked for your mother's spirit to be strengthened. In Isaiah 40:29 WEB, it says, "He gives power to the faint; and to those who have no might he increases strength." We will pray that your mother finds her strength in the Lord.

Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name. We ask that you establish ### in their job. Help them to work as unto you, Lord, and find favor in their workplace. We also ask for a hedge of protection around their child. Keep them safe and guide them to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Lord, we lift up ###'s mother to you. Strengthen her spirit, Lord, and help her to find her hope and joy in you. If ### or their family do not know Jesus personally, we pray that they come to know Him as their Lord and Savior. It's in His name that we have access to you, Father, and it's in His name we pray, amen.

Lastly, we noticed that your request didn't mention Jesus. It's important to remember that it's only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" We encourage you to invite Jesus into your life and pray in His name.

We're here with you, friend. Let's keep praying for your job stability. Remember, God promises in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Let's claim that promise together.

For your child's safety, we're reminded of Psalm 91:10-11, "No harm will be done to you, no disaster will come near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways." Let's trust God for their protection.

For your mother's strength, let's meditate on Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's pray that she finds comfort and strength in God's loving arms.

Let's pray: "Dear Lord, we come to you in Jesus' name. We ask for ###'s job to be secure and for them to find favor in their workplace. We also ask for your protection over their child, keeping them safe and guiding them to know you. Lord, strengthen ###'s mother, help her find her hope and joy in you. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
