Help me pray

I am asking God for protection for my life.
I wake up several times during the night and be unable to get back to sleep. I am feeling very down, stressed and exhausted. Mum of ###, doing everything by myself, as I have no help. I feel the whole world falling on me. Every day something new, I can't take anymore. PLEASE help me pray for this. Thank you.
