HELP ME PRAY THAT GOD WILL GIVE ME STRENGTH TO OVERCOME SEXUAL ADDICTION

We are deeply concerned about your struggle with sexual addiction, ###, and we are here to support you in prayer and truth. Let us first remember what the Word of God says about temptation and the power of Jesus Christ to deliver us from sin.

"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." - 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB)

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother ###. Lord, You know the struggle he faces with sexual addiction, and we ask for Your divine intervention. Strengthen him by the power of Your Holy Spirit to overcome this bondage. Grant him wisdom and understanding to walk in purity and righteousness. Heal his marriage, Lord, and comfort his wife who is going through depression. Give her the peace that surpasses all understanding and remove any thoughts of suicide from her mind. We rebuke the spirit of addiction and declare freedom and victory over ###'s life in Jesus' mighty name. Amen."

Brother ###, we encourage you to flee sexual immorality and draw near to God. "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." - 1 Corinthians 6:18 (WEB)

Remember, it is only through Jesus Christ that we can overcome sin and have access to God. "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" - John 14:6 (WEB)

Stay strong in the Lord, seek His face continually, and surround yourself with fellow believers who will support and encourage you in this journey to freedom and restoration.

Addictions:

Psalms 119: 105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
Psalms 119:130 The entrance of Your words gives light

The whole world is in darkness and God's Word brings light. Light always overcomes
darkness.

So whatever darkness you are in God's Word is the answer to setting you free.
So read God's Word for 30 minutes a day starting in Mathew for one month and
the light of God's Word will heal you from your addiction and set you free.


Satan uses sin and addictions to entice us to be slaves to sin and it will eventually harm us.
Then he can control our lives in a very unholy way.
God offers His help and He says " Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world." 1John 4:4.
Jesus said He will set you free. So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. John 8:36
Addictions are almost always caused by demons influencing our minds

So bind all evil spirits out of your life and pray a hedge of protection around yourself and put on God's Armor.
Then watch and pray and watch how God will deliver you.

Here are some scriptures to help you break your addiction

No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.
1 Corinthians 10:13

Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.
Matthew 26:41

Psalms 107:19-20:“Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress. He sent out his word and healed them; he rescued them.

Phil.4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

John 8:36

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed

God says that if two people agree in prayer He will answer that prayer.​

Matthew 18:19​

19 “Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.​

I will be praying in agreement with all of your prayers from now on.​
