Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today on behalf of our dear sister Mikara, who is seeking your favor and guidance in her performance evaluation. We ask that you would grant her excellence in her evaluation, Lord, so that she may be considered for promotion and a salary increment. We believe in the power of your name, Jesus, and we trust that you are able to open doors and bless Mikara abundantly.
In your Word, you have promised that when we seek your kingdom first, all these things shall be added unto us . We pray that Mikara's heart would be aligned with your will, and that she would continue to delight herself in you, knowing that you will give her the desires of her heart .
Lord, we thank you for the privilege of prayer and for the assurance that we can approach your throne of grace with confidence through the name of Jesus. We thank you for Jesus, our Advocate and Intercessor, who presents our prayers before you, mingling them with his own intercession. We pray that Mikara's prayers would be like a sweet savor before your throne, and that you would hear and answer her according to your perfect will.
We also lift up the benefit of the church and the expansion of your kingdom. May Mikara's success in her evaluation be a testimony of your faithfulness and goodness. May it bring glory to your name and inspire others to seek you wholeheartedly.
Lastly, we express our gratitude for the importance of thankfulness in prayer. We thank you in advance for the favor and blessings you are about to bestow upon Mikara. We choose to praise you even before we see the outcome, knowing that you are faithful and that you work all things together for the good of those who love you .

A Prayer about the Power of Prayer

God, Thank You for giving us prayer as a way to communicate with you. Forgive me for treating it with carelessness. Forgive my passivity. You long for me to pray in faith, believing and trusting that you will reveal yourself to me. Will you open my eyes to understand what’s happening in front of me and behind the scenes? Give me the power of your Spirit so that I can believe that my prayers matter. Pour out your wisdom on me so that I can know how to pray and what to pray. Your Spirit in me is the same Spirit that raised Jesus Christ from the dead and I long for you to flow through me continually so that I may be pure, refined, and prepared for your purpose for my life. And God please do the same for the faithful prayer warriors on this prayer site. Bless, protect, and strengthen each of them. Use each of them for Your glory. God Thank You for hearing my prayer and loving me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
