God help me make better choices as I am tempted to always hurt myself please I need to have faith where I feel I am struggling to find it and believe.

We understand that you're going through a difficult time and we're here to support and pray with you. First, we want to assure you that God is always with you, even in your struggles. As it says in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
However, we want to address something important. You mentioned that you need God's help, but you didn't specifically invoke the name of Jesus Christ. It's crucial to understand that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" And in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

In other words, Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Therefore, ask God to increase your faith. As it says in Mark 9:24, "Immediately the father of the child cried out with tears, 'I believe. Help my unbelief!'"

"Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who is struggling right now. We rebuke any spirit of self-harm and depression, Lord have mercy.
