Heavenly Father,
We come before You today with hearts full of trust and dependence on Your mighty power. We lift up ###, who is facing a significant problem at work and feels overwhelmed by the actions of ###. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. Your Word says in Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." We believe that You are present in this moment and ready to offer Your strength and refuge.
Father, grant wisdom and discernment to ###. James 1:5 reminds us, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We ask for this wisdom to navigate the complexities of the workplace and to respond with grace and integrity.
Lord, we also pray against any feelings of shame or embarrassment. Romans 8:1 assures us, "There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus." Let ### stand firm in the identity found in Christ, knowing that You are the ultimate judge and protector.
We ask for Your peace to fill ###'s heart. Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." May this peace guard against anxiety and bring clarity and calmness.
Lord, we trust that You are working all things together for good, as stated in Romans 8:28. We place this situation in Your hands, believing that Your plans are for hope and a future.
