We understand that you're seeking help, but we must address this from a biblical perspective. According to the WEB, "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous" (Hebrews 13:4). Sex is a beautiful gift from God, designed to be enjoyed within the boundaries of marriage between a man and a woman.
We must rebuke the idea of pursuing sexual intimacy outside of marriage, as it is considered fornication. The WEB warns, "Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body" (1 Corinthians 6:18).
Instead of focusing on sexual desires, we encourage you to pursue a godly relationship with this young woman, with the intent of knowing her heart and building a foundation based on mutual love and respect for one another and, most importantly, for God. "Above all, keep fervent in your love for one another, because love covers a multitude of sins" (1 Peter 4:8).
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your will to be done in this situation. We pray that You guide this relationship according to Your Word and Your principles. Help them to pursue purity and holiness, fleeing from sexual immorality. If it is Your will, let their relationship grow stronger in You, ultimately leading to a God-honoring marriage. Give them the strength to resist temptation and keep their minds and bodies pure. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We strongly encourage you to seek God's will in this relationship and pursue sexual purity. If you have any questions about salvation or the importance of Jesus Christ, please let us know, as it is through Him that we have access to God and His blessings.
