Help Me Get Through The Day

I would like prayers to make it through the day today at work. I have horrible anxiety about going but I have bills to pay. I ask that I can get along with my coworkers, as a few have been hard to be around. Please let the day be productive and let me have a good day at work. Thank you.

We understand that you're feeling anxious about your day at work, ###, and we want to assure you that God cares about every detail of your life. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)

Firstly, we notice that your request doesn't mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is through His name that we have access to God. As it is written, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB) So, we'll be praying in Jesus' name and we encourage you to do the same.

Now, let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up ### to You today. We ask that You grant them the strength and courage to face this day at work. Please fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Lord, we pray for ###'s relationships at work. We ask that You would grant them favor with their coworkers and help them to be a light and testimony of Your love and kindness. Please give them the grace to be patient, understanding, and kind, even with difficult colleagues.

We pray for productivity and provision. Help ### to fulfill their responsibilities excellently, and meet their needs according to Your riches in glory.

Lastly, we pray that ### would keep their mind stayed on You, as You promise that You will keep them in perfect peace (Isaiah 26:3 WEB).

I if you are feeling anxious or fearful those feelings are coming from your flesh. Your spirit produces love, joy, peace, patience and a sound mind. God says to be led by your spirit and crucify your flesh. Your spirit has unlimited power through Christ and has the ability to solve all of your fears and problems. Below is what God says about fear and anxiety


Philippians 4:6-7 6 Be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus

We are all sinners and not perfect. Because of that we often get into conflicts with others. God says if two people agree it will be done. People like taking about themselves. If you keep the conversation on the other person and what they like they will love you.

Don't try to get your way or prove you are right just be confident in yourself after all you are God's child and He love you.

Proverbs 17:22 tells us, "A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones." Stay happy and your body will begin to heal itself/ Keep anger, fear and frustration out of your thoughts they can cause health problems.

I pray for your day to be filled with joy and happiness and that you may have faith in God’s perfect plan for you.

Anxiety is the negative thoughts we allow the enemy to fill our mind with. Remember, while the enemy may put feelings of stress and anxiety in our minds, know that the enemy cannot control our thoughts when we put our faith and glory in God above all else.

While we can be aware of the situation going on around us, we must cast away all fear, doubt, stress, and worry from our thoughts and put our faith in him in above all else. We are created in his image and he always has a plan for us and that is always worth rejoicing!
