Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their prayer request. Lord, we ask for your guidance and strength as they strive to follow an allergy-free diet every time they eat. We know that you are the giver of all good things, and we ask that you provide them with the wisdom to make the right food choices and the discipline to stick to their dietary restrictions. Your Word reminds us in 1 Corinthians 10:31, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God." May ###'s commitment to honoring their body as your temple be a testimony of their faith and obedience to you.
Father, we also ask that you grant ### the energy and motivation to exercise daily. Help them overcome any obstacles or excuses that may hinder their commitment to physical activity. Strengthen their body, mind, and spirit so that they may be able to engage in regular exercise, which is beneficial for their overall well-being. Your Word encourages us in 1 Timothy 4:8, "For while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come." May ### experience the physical and spiritual benefits of taking care of their body as a temple of the Holy Spirit.
Lord, we trust in your unfailing love and power to help ### in their journey towards a healthier lifestyle. We thank you in advance for the strength, discipline, and energy that you will provide. May their commitment to honoring you with their body be a testimony of your grace and faithfulness.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
