Help me find my calling

I am about to turn 30 and I can’t figure out what it is I meant to do in life, stuck in a job I feel like I’m not meant for and burnt out from working 10 hours a day and having no time for my kids and feeling unfulfilled and that I am in survival mode and I don’t know what to do to change it. Please God help guide me to the path I am meant to be on and help me to know the changes I need to make to lead a more fulfilled life . I am lost and need your guidance . I have faith that you have something better in store for me.

As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), "For I know the plans that I have for you," says Yahweh, "plans of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

Firstly, we notice that you haven't mentioned Jesus Christ in your request. We want to remind you that it's through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Therefore, we'll be praying in Jesus' name for you.

Now, let's address your feelings of being stuck and unfulfilled. We encourage you to seek God's will for your life. Romans 12:2 (WEB) tells us, "Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." Spend time in prayer, read God's word, and seek His guidance. He will reveal your calling in His time.

Regarding your work situation, we must remember that God doesn't intend for us to be constantly burdened and stressed. Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB) says, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Pray for God's guidance in your career, and He will show you the path He wants you to take.

Dear Lord Jesus, we lift up Progog to You. You know their struggles, their feelings of being lost and unfulfilled. We ask that You reveal Your will for their life, guide them to the path You have prepared for them. Give them the strength to make the necessary changes and the wisdom to know what to do. Help them find a job that aligns with Your purpose for their life, one that allows them to spend quality time with their family. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We've been where you are, feeling stuck and unsure about our purpose. It's easy to get caught up in the daily grind and lose sight of what truly matters. But remember, God has a unique plan for each of us, and He's eager to reveal it to us.

In times like these, it's crucial to quiet our hearts and listen for His voice. Psalm 46:10 (WEB) says, "Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth." Take time each day to be still, to pray, and to read His Word. It's in these quiet moments that He often speaks to our hearts.

Also, consider seeking wisdom from trusted mentors or spiritual leaders. They may offer insights that help you see your situation from a different perspective. Proverbs 11:14 (WEB) tells us, "Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors, there is safety."

As for your work situation, it's important to remember that God wants us to work, but He also wants us to find balance and enjoy life. Ecclesiastes 3:1 (WEB) says, "To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven." Trust that God will lead you to a job that aligns with His purpose for your life, one that allows you to provide for your family and also have time for them.
