I am slowly reaching out to people that i used to know
by phone and starting to make some new friendships
that are supportive and kind and spiritually up-lifting

I am praying for God to bless me and increase my friends
and also especially may He send me local friendships that are
very comforting and helpful to me right here where i live so
i can fellowship together with kind-hearted and compassionate friends

i also ask for my mind and emotions to be healed of all trauma and bad experiences
in the past and for a new start in life and a whole new beginning at happiness at last
Please take away the bad memories of all past hurts and heal me of them Father in Jesus's name that i may be well healthy and whole in my body mind soul & spirit please

Your word says that YOU WILL PERFECT THAT WHICH CONCERNS ME
and i send Your Word out for my total healing Father In Jesus's Name xoxox
