We understand that you're seeking help to see a girl you cannot see, and we want to approach this situation with prayer, wisdom, and biblical guidance. First, it's important to clarify that our help comes from God, and we should seek His will in all things.
In the Bible, we are encouraged to seek God's guidance in all our relationships. Psalm 32:8 says, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go: I will guide you with my eye." God's Word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path, and we should rely on Him to guide our steps in every area of life, including relationships.
However, we want to gently remind you that if this girl is merely someone you have feelings for, but not your spouse, you should be cautious and seek God's will in this matter. If you are pursuing her with the intention of marriage, we encourage you to pray for God's leading and wisdom, remembering that marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman and a holy covenant before God. Proverbs 18:22 "Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh." If you are pursuing her for any other reason, we encourage you to consider the purity of your intentions and to seek God's will in the matter. Remember 1 Corinthians 10:31 "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, seeking Your will and guidance for our brother/sister. Lord, we know that You are the great I Am. You know the future and You know the path he/she should follow. There is no darkness for You. Lord, if it is Your will for him/her to see this girl, we ask that You make a way where there seems to be no way. But Lord, if this is not Your will, we ask that You guide his/her steps in the direction You want him/her to go. We know You love him and You love her.
Lord, we also pray for his/her relationship with You. We pray that he/she will draw closer to You during this time, seeking Your face and Your will. We pray that he/she will remember to give thanks in all circumstances, trusting that this is Your will for him/her in Christ Jesus, including this situation.
We ask this all in Jesus' name, for it is in His name we have access to You. Amen.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to seek God's will in all things. Remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. Trust in Him, and He will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
