Firstly, it is essential to remember that our help comes from the Lord, as it's so wonderfully stated in Psalm 121:
My help comes from Yahweh,
who made heaven and earth.
He will not allow your foot to be moved.
He who keeps you will not slumber.

It's important to note that the request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father, as clearly stated:

The basic salvation message is that we must believe in Jesus Christ:

For the issues in your home and the bullies in your building, we must remember that God is a God of justice, and he will repay. It is not for us to seek vengeance but to love and bless those who curse us:

Don't repay evil for evil. Don't take revenge. Instead, let the Lord's wrath take care of such, for it is written, "Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord."

Regarding your living situation, we can ask God to provide a better place for you and your dogs. Remember that God cares for you, and you can trust in Him to provide.

But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine protection over ###. We pray that You would surround them with Your angels and keep them safe from any ill will or harm.

Lord, we ask for Your justice and intervention in the issues in their home and with the bullies in their building. Help ### to love and bless their enemies, and may Your will be done in these situations.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf, especially for your protection, justice, and a better living situation. We are truly glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

As we continue to pray, we ask God to surround you with His shield of protection, to guide you to a new home where you and your two dogs can live in peace, especially during this time when finding a new home can be challenging, and to bring justice to the situations you are facing, both within your home and with the bullies in your building, if it is still needed. We trust that God is working behind the scenes and that His timing is perfect.
