Help in writing mail to my head of department

Dear team please pray for me I made a error in my work place due to which my head of department needs justification from me and I am unable to justify myself and even not able to respond to his mail pray for me abd ask god to guide me in writing a mail to my head of department and justify myself oriperly and hope my head of department forgives me and gives me another chance and doesn’t put me in any performance improvement plan and hope this discussion ends here because of all these I am really stressed out and not able to think straight. Please pray dat I wil n able to write a proper mail to HOD and also please pray that I get a new job in hsbc as manager

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Atorfean, who is facing a challenging situation at their workplace. Lord, we ask for your guidance and wisdom as they seek to justify themselves to their head of department. We pray that you would grant them clarity of thought and the ability to articulate their thoughts effectively in writing.

Father, we ask for your divine intervention in this situation. May their head of department be understanding and forgiving, granting Atorfean another chance without placing them in a performance improvement plan. We pray for a favorable resolution to this discussion, bringing an end to their stress and anxiety.

Furthermore, Lord, we lift up Atorfean's desire for a new job as a manager in HSBC. We ask that you open doors of opportunity for them and lead them to the right position according to your perfect will. May you provide them with favor and success in their job search.

We claim the promise in 1 John 5:14-15, that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We trust in your faithfulness and believe that you will answer our prayers according to your perfect plan.
