We understand that you're going through a tremendous amount of stress and difficulty, and we want to lift you up in prayer and offer you some biblical encouragement. Firstly, let's remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30 (WEB): "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
In all circumstances, we can come to Jesus and find rest. Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, pleading for our dear brother/sister who is going through an incredibly challenging time. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing at work and within their family. You are the God who sees, and You are the God who acts on behalf of Your children.
We ask, Lord, for Your divine intervention in their workplace. Protect their job, God, and turn around the persecution they are facing. We pray for favor, for wisdom, and for strength. Remind them of their worth in Your sight, and help them to find peace and purpose in You, regardless of circumstances.
For the upcoming decision, Lord, we ask for a miracle. May Your will be done, and may it bring glory to Your name. Shield them from shame and hardship, God, and help them to continue living a life of gratitude for Your blessings.
Lastly, Lord, we pray for their family. Heal the hurts, mend the brokenness, and draw them closer to You and to each other. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
In addition, consider these words from Romans 8:28 (WEB): "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working, even in the most challenging circumstances.
Stand firm in your faith, and don't hesitate to seek godly counsel and support from fellow believers. Remember, it's only through Jesus that we have access to God (John 14:6). Trust in Him, and He will see you through.
