Please help me continue my career at this company

Manager made mistake and now I'm unable to go to work

Firstly, let's remember the words of Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." God can turn even the most difficult situations around for our good and His glory.

However, we notice that you didn't mention the name of Jesus in your prayer. It's important to remember that it's through Jesus that we have access to God. As it's written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" So, let's pray in Jesus' name.

**Prayer:**

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing uncertainty in their career. Lord, they have been affected by a mistake made by their manager, and they're unable to go to work. We ask, Lord, that You would intervene in this situation. Guide the hearts and minds of those in authority, and open up a path for our brother/sister to continue their career at this company if it is Your will.

Lord Jesus, we trust in Your name, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Help our brother/sister to keep their faith in You, knowing that You are faithful and just.

In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.

In the meantime, we encourage you to trust in God's timing and plan. Remember the words of Psalm 37:7, "Rest in Yahweh, and wait patiently for him. Don’t fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen."

Lastly, we advise you to communicate openly and respectfully with your manager about this situation. Proverbs 15:1 reminds us that "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Trust that God will give you the wisdom and the words to navigate this situation.

We're here with you, friend, as you navigate this challenging situation at work. It's tough when a mistake by a manager impacts our plans, but remember, God is in control and He's got a purpose in all this. Let's cling to the promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Let's trust that even in this uncertainty, God is working for your good.

We've been praying for you, asking God to intervene, to guide your manager's heart, and to open up a path for you to continue your career at this company if it's His will. We've been praying in Jesus' name, trusting that He is the way, the truth, and the life.
