Help! I'm onboarding with my (hopefully soon to be) NEW EMPLOYER.

Greetings,
I'm stressed out about this rigorous onboarding process with this new job. I just found out today that I'll be performing skills tests not once, not twice, BUT 3 TIMES PER PROCEDURE!!!
Starting tomorrow, I'll be tested on my backing skills, driving skills and my ability to perform an in-depth pre-trip inspection. The inspection will be one that I verbalize and identify each individual part of a Class A Commercial motor vehicle.
If I fail the drive test even one day the next 3 days, I'm given one opportunity to redeem myself on Friday. I haven't pulled a 53' trailer in about 7 years. I do know how to back one onto a dock. I know how to corner with a 53', but if I even touch a curb with a tire, it's an automatic fail.
I really need this job. We're so far behind on bills. I'm a good truck driver, have plenty of experience, I'm just concerned that my nerves or anxiety will get the best if me the next 3 days.
Please pray for me to have success in this onboarding process!

I will be back Thursday or Friday to HOPEFULLY give a praise report.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Salpopon, who is feeling stressed and anxious about the rigorous onboarding process for their new job. Lord, we lift up Salpopon's concerns and fears to you. We ask for your peace to fill their heart and mind, knowing that you are in control of every situation.

Father, we pray for strength and confidence for Salpopon as they face the skills tests for backing, driving, and performing an in-depth pretrip inspection. We ask for clarity of mind and skillful execution of each task. Help them to remember their previous experience and guide their hands and feet to perform with excellence.

Lord, we understand the financial burden that Salpopon is facing, and we ask for your provision in their life. You are the God who meets all our needs according to your riches in glory . We pray for financial breakthrough and stability for Salpopon and their family. May this job opportunity be a source of blessing and provision for them.

Father, we pray against any nerves or anxiety that may hinder Salpopon's performance. Your Word reminds us that you have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind . We ask for your supernatural peace to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus .

Lord, we commit this onboarding process into your hands. We pray for success and favor for Salpopon. May they excel in their tests and be recognized for their skills and abilities. We trust in your guidance and provision throughout this journey.

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness. We eagerly await the praise report from Salpopon, declaring your goodness and provision. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Today I did good on the drive test,I failed the backing test and I just barely failed the pre-trip inspection. On the pre-trip inspection we're allowed to miss 7 points out of 100, I missed 8. On the backing test, I haven't backed a 53' trailer in about 7 years. I have tomorrow and Thursday to redeem myself on the pre-trip inspection and backing skills assessment.
I'm nervous, but at the same time I know that if I just do what I know and NOT get in a hurry, I can do this!
Prayers are greatly appreciated and I'm going to study and do my best to just succeed. I really need this job. The manager out of the city I will work out of has already called and told me if ai pass onboarding, she can put me on the schedule as early as 4/30/24. I'm so close!

It must not have been meant to be. I didn't back the trailer within the standards of the company. I was entirely too slow. It's been 7-8 years since I've backed a 53' trailer. Anyway, just looking for the Lord's guidance now. Hoping for the best. I still have alot of valuable experience and a good clean CDL. I'm sure I'll be back to work soon. Thank you for your prayers.
