We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear brother or sister who is ### years old and in need of rest. Lord, You know the burdens they carry and the long hours they work from ###:### AM to ###:### PM without any vacations. We ask for Your divine intervention to provide them with the time off they desperately need or at least shorter, easier days.
Your Word says in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." We claim this promise for our beloved elder. Grant them the strength and peace that only You can provide. Open doors for them to receive the rest and rejuvenation they need, and touch the hearts of those around them to offer support and understanding.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
