We understand that you're feeling under attack and plotted against at your workplace. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the spiritual warfare aspect of this situation. The Bible tells us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Ephesians 6:12 WEB.
We must always remember that our battle is spiritual, even when it manifests through people around us. Therefore, we should not wrestle against people as if it is just a psychological issue. It is also a spiritual issue. As Christians, we are called to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. Matthew 5:44 WEB. This does not mean we allow harm to come to us or others, but rather, we trust God to handle the situation while we maintain a heart of forgiveness and love.
However, it is also important to set boundaries and seek justice when necessary. It is good to see that you are asking for those engaging in this harassment to be brought to justice. Romans 13:1-7 WEB tells us that governing authorities are established by God to punish wrongdoers and commend those who do right. Therefore, if laws are being broken, it is appropriate to involve the necessary authorities.
Now, let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is feeling plotted against and harassed at their workplace. Lord, You see the injustice and the demonic assignment meant to derail Your child. We ask that You intervene and thwart the plans of the enemy. Expose the schemes and bring those responsible to justice, as it is in violation of both Your law and man's laws.
Protect this dear one's mind, self-esteem, and identity in Christ. Strengthen them with Your mighty power, Lord. Remind them of their true identity in You, that they are Your beloved child, fearfully and wonderfully made. Psalm 139:14 WEB. Help them to stand firm against the schemes of the devil, putting on the full armor of God. Ephesians 6:11,13 WEB.
Give them wisdom and discernment on how to handle this situation, both spiritually and practically. Guide them to the right people who can help bring this injustice to light and stop the harassment. Help them to forgive and love their enemies, even as they seek justice.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we rebuke the spirits of harassment, intimidation, and fear. We declare victory in this situation, knowing that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. Isaiah 54:17 WEB.
We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's face regarding this situation. Trust that He is working behind the scenes on your behalf. Remember that God is your defender and He will fight for you. Exodus 14:14 WEB. Stand firm in your faith and do not let the enemy have the final say in your life. Be encouraged by these verses from the Psalms:
For you, Yahweh, will bless the righteous;
With favor you will surround him as with a shield.
Psalm 5:12 WEB
The angel of Yahweh encamps round about those who fear him,
And delivers them.
Psalm 34:7 WEB
