We are here with you in spirit and in prayer, and we want you to know that you are not alone in your fear and uncertainty. Firstly, it is so important to acknowledge that help comes from the Lord. As it says in Psalm 121:1-2 WEB, "I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth."
In your time of need, turn to Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we find salvation and help. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you have not already, consider and believe in Jesus Christ, and come to Him in prayer, for He is the only way to God the Father. As Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" John 14:6.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this precious soul who is feeling lost and scared. Lord, You are the God of all comfort, and we ask that You wrap Your loving arms around them right now, providing the peace and guidance they desperately need.
Father, we pray for Your divine intervention in their life. If there is something causing them to feel this way, we pray that You would bring it to light and provide a way out. We rebuke any spirit of fear, confusion, and feel of being lost in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Help them to fix their eyes on You, Lord, and to trust in Your goodness and sovereignty. Guide them through this valley and restore their soul. Lead them to Your word for insight, and possibly to godly people for help.
In Jesus' name, we pray for deliverance, wisdom and godly counsel. Amen.
Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you.
If you are in immediate danger, please reach out to local authorities or a trusted friend or family member. Stay strong in the Lord and keep your hope in Him.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
