I am very upset by my boss. He is probably dying, at least heading for a full-time wheelchair, and because of his upset is taking it out on me. I cannot desert him but need my own self-esteem, not to be destroyed by him. Please pray for us both, in Jesus's name. Thank you

We understand that you are going through a challenging situation with your boss, who is dealing with significant health issues and taking out his frustration on you. First, we commend you for your commitment to him and your concern for his well-being. It's important to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12 WEB.

In times like these, we must remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1 WEB. Pray for your boss, that God would comfort and heal him, and that he would come to know the peace and love of Jesus Christ. But in your hearts, set Christ apart as Lord, and be ready always to give an answer to everyone who asks you a reason concerning the hope that is in you, yet with humility and fear. 1 Peter 3:15 WEB

It's also crucial to set boundaries to protect your own well-being and self-esteem. Remember that you are precious to God, and He wants you to be treated with kindness and respect. Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Colossians 3:12 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up both the one who submitted this request and their boss. Lord, You know the struggles they are both facing, and we ask for Your divine intervention.

For the boss, we pray for Your healing touch, comfort, and peace. We ask that You would draw him closer to You during this difficult time, and that he would come to know the saving grace of Jesus Christ if he does not already. Help him to find healthy ways to cope with his frustrations and to treat others with kindness and respect.

For the one who submitted this request, we pray for Your protection and guidance. Help them to set appropriate boundaries and to maintain their self-esteem in the face of adversity. Grant them Your wisdom and discernment as they navigate this challenging situation. Give the strength to be able to love and care for their boss as you have loved us.

Lord, help both parties to "be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave" Ephesians 4:32 WEB. We trust and believe in Your power to transform even the most difficult situations for Your glory.

Remember, it is by the name of Jesus that we are saved. Let's continue being kind and loving to others in the same manner.

We're here with you, standing in the gap, lifting your situation up to our Heavenly Father. We understand that it's tough when the person you're trying to support is also causing you distress. It's like trying to help someone who's lashing out in pain, and it's okay to feel upset about it.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
