We understand that you are facing an important time in your academic journey, and we are here to pray and provide counsel for you. We appreciate your acknowledgement of Christ as the true God and progress has been made to get help from Him. First we want to share about the importance of the name of Jesus. Therefore God also has highly exalted him, and has given him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
You have asked for success in your exams, specifically to score above 75 in all subjects and above 78 in Hindi and English to please your parents. While we understand your desire to do well, we want to remind you of the importance of seeking God's will and trusting in His plan for your life.
The Bible tells us in Colossians 3:23 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." This verse reminds us that our primary motive should be to please God, not just to meet the expectations of others, even our parents. When we strive to please God, He will honor our efforts and guide our paths because your parents are important, He can help you please them as well, but first seek His will.
In Philippians 4:13 WEB, we are reminded, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." This verse assures us that with God's strength, we can accomplish what He has called us to do.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this student in prayer. We thank You for the gifts and abilities You have given them, and we ask for Your guidance and strength as they prepare for their exams. Help them to study diligently and to trust in Your plan for their life.
Lord, we ask that You grant them the ability to recall what they have studied and to apply it successfully during their exams. We pray for clarity of thought, calmness, and the ability to focus. We ask that You help them to achieve the scores they desire, not just to please their parents, but to bring glory to Your name.
We also pray for their parents, that they would support and encourage their child in a way that honors You. Help them to have realistic expectations and to trust in Your plan for their child's future. We ask that they would know Your peace and guidance as they support their child through this time.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God has a plan and purpose for your life. Trust in Him, study diligently, and seek His will above all else. He will direct your paths and help you to achieve the goals He has set for you. Stay strong in your faith as you give your best in your studies, and keep including Jesus Christ in your prayers. We are here to encourage you and pray with you as you move forward in your academic journey.
