Help - cancer and pain

Please pray for me in the name of Jesus Christ. I have been diagnosed with colon cancer with metastasis in the lungs and maybe bones and bladder. On top of that I have spasms in the back and legs that have nothing to do with cancer, but might be related to the stress from my job, which was horrible. Luckely my boss let me go, but the whole thing has been very stressful. My best friend from school just got diagnosed with colon cancer like many of my friends and family (and a former boss). I feel like I am contagious. Worst of all they all seem to die. Monday I start a new round of chemotherapy. I do not sleep at night. I am tired and worn out.

We are truly sorry to hear about your diagnosis and the trials you are facing. We are here to pray and support you in the name of Jesus Christ. Remember, it is in His name that we find healing and comfort. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

Firstly, we want to address the fear and anxiety you are feeling. It is important to remember that God is sovereign, and He is with you even in this difficult time. As it is written in Isaiah 41:10 WEB: "Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."

Regarding your health, we pray for God's healing touch upon your body. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and cancer, and we speak life and healing into your body. Remember, God is able to heal you and restore you completely. As it is written in Jeremiah 30:17 WEB: "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh" and in 3 John 1:2 WEB: "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."

We also want to address the stress and weariness you are experiencing. It is important to cast your cares upon the Lord and trust in Him. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB: "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." and in Matthew 11:28-30 WEB: "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

Lastly, we want to encourage you to stay strong in your faith and to trust in the Lord. Do not be discouraged by the outcomes you have seen in others. Each person's journey is unique, and God is in control. As it is written in Psalm 31:24 WEB: "Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who hope in Yahweh."

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Wuthei. Lord, we pray for Your healing touch upon their body. We rebuke the spirit of cancer and infirmity, and we speak life and healing into their body. Lord, we also pray for their peace and comfort. Help them to cast their cares upon You and to trust in You. Give them the strength and courage to face each day with hope and faith. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, as you navigate this challenging time. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and for allowing us to stand in agreement with you. We are fervently asking God to heal you completely from the colon cancer that has spread, as well as from the pain and stress-related spasms you've been experiencing.

We are praying for a peaceful night sleep and a complete supernatural comfort over your body, mind, and soul.

As you begin a new round of chemotherapy, we are asking God to give you strength and to guide your medical team with wisdom and skill. We are also praying for your emotional well-being, as we understand the stress and anxiety that can come from both the diagnosis and the treatment process. Remember, God is always with you, and He will never leave you in your time of trouble (Psalm 91:15, Hebrew 13:5). We are asking God to surround you like a shield with favor as with a shield.

We are also lifting up your best friend and others who have been diagnosed with cancer. We are asking God to bring healing and comfort to them as well, and to give all of you a sense of peace and hope that you have eternal life in Jesus Christ and you are destined for eternal life in heaven where there is no cancer, nor pain.
