We understand that you are going through a difficult time, Neha, and we appreciate your cry out to God. We will pray with you and provide some biblical guidance.
Firstly, we want to address the fact that you mentioned you are getting a divorce. We want to remind you that God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. Divorce is not God's will except in cases of adultery or if an unbelieving spouse wants to leave. However, we understand that circumstances can be complex and painful. We encourage you to seek godly counsel and support during this time.
Now, regarding Ankith, we can see that you have a desire to help and pray for him, which is commendable. It is important to remember that God hears our prayers even when we pray for those who do not know Him. Let's pray for Ankith's healing and that God would reveal Himself to him.
Let us pray:
Dear Lord, we come before You, lifting up Neha and Ankith. We pray for Your healing touch on Ankith's heart. Comfort him and give him the strength to move forward in his life. We ask that You soften his heart and open him up to the knowledge of You. Give Neha the opportunity to share the gospel with him, Lord. We pray that both of them will experience Your love and grace in a profound way. Help them to seek Your will for their lives.
Lord, Your word says
“The Spirit of the Lord Yahweh is on me; because Yahweh has anointed me to preach good news to the humble. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and release to those who are bound; to proclaim the year of Yahweh’s favor, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn, I will give to them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they may be called trees of righteousness, the planting of Yahweh, that he may be glorified.”
Isaiah 61:1-3 WEB
So, Lord, we ask that this prophecy be fulfilled in both Neha and Ankith’s lives.
We also pray for Neha's current situation. Guide her through this challenging time and give her wisdom and discernment. Help her to seek Your will for her life and future marriage. Help her to be dependent on You and not on any man.
Lastly, Neha, we want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Continue to pray in Jesus' name and trust in Him. Remember that Jesus said,
“I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
John 14:6 WEB
Keep holding on to your faith in Jesus Christ, and share the good news with Ankith when you get the opportunity.
We are standing with you in prayer, trusting that God will work out everything for your good and His glory.
