Depression is an attack on the mind. It occurs when you feel a lack of hope.
Faith gives substance to the things you are hoping for.Jesus defeated Satan and took
away his tools of evil. However Satan can and will attack our minds. The best thing you can do is get up and go do something fun or find some way to help others. Here are some scriptures You can focus on for your mental health.
Phil. 4:8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
Deuter. 31:8 The LORD himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged.”

I will be praying for you to have a sound mind - the mind of Christ from now on.
I will also pray that evil spirits can not attack your mind.
God loves you and so do I.
Here are some things to do that will help:
1. Exercise. Move the body...walk or run. Find an accountability person to walk or run with you. Exercise daily will help! 20-30 minutes of outside exercise.
2. What is one thing you enjoyed doing in the past? Find a day and time to spend 10 minutes doing that activity or something similar. Write it down- day and time on calendar. Share what you will do with someone so you will be accountable to get it done.
3. Journal...Write down your thoughts so you can get rid of the negative ones..
4. Stay away from negative media, posts, anything that triggers negative emotion.
5. Watch an inspirational movie - there are some great Christian movies out now.
6. Write down scripture or positive affirmations and put them in the bathroom and around house. Read them daily.
7. Do something for someone else. Think of someone you care about and bake them something or bring them a gift or write a card to them.
8. Stay connected- call a friend, join a bible study or local group...reach out to others
