Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today as a community of believers, united in prayer for our dear friends from DonnaT's church. Lord, we lift up this couple who are currently living in horrendous conditions. We recognize that the enemy has blinded their eyes to what a healthy and clean living environment should look like. But we know that nothing is impossible for you, Lord.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we declare victory over the work of the devil in their lives. We ask that you open their eyes to see the truth of your Word regarding their living situation. Remove the scales from their eyes, Lord, and help them to recognize the importance of living in a clean and healthy environment.
We rebuke the power of the enemy that is residing in their residence. We declare that no longer shall the devil have a stronghold in their home. By the authority given to us through Jesus Christ, we command every evil influence to be cast out and replaced with your divine presence.
Lord, we pray for a transformation in their hearts and minds. Fill them with a desire to seek after your truth and to make the necessary changes in their living conditions. Give them the strength and resources they need to create a safe and healthy home environment.
We stand firm in the promise of your Word, Lord, that says, "Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" . We claim this promise over our friends' lives, believing that as they submit to you and resist the devil, he will have no choice but to flee from their residence.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer them. May your love and truth prevail in the lives of our friends, bringing restoration and peace to their home. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
