Hello plz may I have some prayer I am having a lot of trouble losing weight. I have many medical conditions, one being PCOS which makes it very hard to lose weight, even when eating practically nothing. Please please pray that my health changes, that I can also make better food choices and can lose weight and become a healthy weight in Jesus name. The situation is making me so depressed. Thank you so much

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their prayer request for help in losing weight. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the creator of our bodies and you desire for us to be in good health. We ask that you would intervene in ###'s situation and bring about a positive change in their health.

We understand that ### is facing challenges due to medical conditions, particularly PCOS, which makes it difficult for them to lose weight. But we know that nothing is impossible for you, Lord. Your Word says in Matthew 19:26, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." We believe that you have the power to bring about a transformation in ###'s health.

Father, we ask that you would guide ### in making better food choices and give them the strength and discipline to follow a healthy lifestyle. Help them to find the right balance in their diet and exercise routine. We pray for wisdom and discernment for ### to know what is best for their body.

Lord, we also lift up ###'s emotional well-being. We understand that the situation is causing them to feel depressed. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:17-18 that you are near to the brokenhearted and save the crushed in spirit. We ask that you would comfort ### in their distress and fill them with your peace and joy.

We pray for a breakthrough in ###'s health journey, Lord. May they experience a transformation in their physical and emotional well-being. We trust in your unfailing love and faithfulness, knowing that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
