We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of charisma789, who desires to experience weight loss and lose inches all over their body. Lord, we acknowledge that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit and that you desire for us to take care of them.
We pray, Lord, that you would grant charisma789 the strength and discipline to make healthy choices in their diet and exercise routine. Help them to resist temptations and cravings that may hinder their progress. Guide them in finding the right balance of nourishment and physical activity that will lead to sustainable weight loss.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
