Hello, my name is Rainis Jõepera. i have a problem with my neighbor, he smokes a lot, so the smell of smoke can be felt in the corridor in front of my door, and this smell of smoke also comes into the room. I don't smoke. it's a terrible stench,smell. Horribol. Pray for the neighbor to stop smoking or move somewhere else.
