Hello, my name is Misty Traeger. My husband’s name is Adam Traeger. We have two little children ages 4 and 5. Their names are Shylo and Daniel Babb. I had these lovely children by the man I was once with, we were not married. His name is John Thomas. He lives in Illinois with his girlfriend and my family and I live in Arizona. My husband and I had to flee Illinois to Arizona, we’re not in trouble mind you but we had to flee because my children were being abused by John and his girlfriend Melissa Boernson. We tried to get help from CPS and the Police and the courts, no one would help us and this is why we had to leave. We’ve been fighting John since 2015. In 2016 of March the judge ordered my children to go back to John for three weeks, after the children's return to me my daughter started acting very strange and even was losing weight. Took her to her pediatrician and was advised that Shylo see a play therapist because she was acting weird and was diagnosed with failure to thrive. A few weeks after Shylo seeing her play therapist, it was recommended that Shylo see a forensic interviewer person and it was discovered that Shylo had been sexually molested by her Bio father John. Now I have a restraining order on him and it got dismissed because it was transferred to Illinois court by mistake. It was supposed to stay in Arizona, but the judge had made a mistake. I have a new one on him to protect my children. I have also opened a case in Arizona, and the Judge is supposed to be working on taking jurisdiction in Arizona, Illinois absolutely refuses to look at any of the motions I have put in, and they keep punishing me for protecting my children. I’ve been doing this Pro-Se because no attorney wanted to touch this case in Quincy, Illinois. I just found an attorney that is licensed in Arizona and Illinois. His name is Mike Goldberg. I need lots of prayer for him and that he sees what’s really going on here. The court in Illinois keeps making judgements on me and is now trying to get me to voluntary dismiss the order of protection in Arizona because Illinois can’t touch it. They’re doing this because Illinois now wants to take away my rights as a parent and only have limited supervised visitation in the state of Illinois only. This is their way of trying to get me to move back to Illinois. There has been no investigation or question that I’m a bad mother. The opposing attorney has no evidence, meanwhile I have tons proving that John is a bad parent and is abusive to the children. The opposing attorney’s name is Donald Schruering. We are asking for prayers for the Judge Higgens in Arizona to take jurisdiction from Illinois and move this case to Arizona. We are also asking for prayers to break the stronghold that Illinois has and all the times the court has done this to other women and children. And prayers that people see what’s really going on here. And that the Judge Larson in Illinois releases jurisdiction to Arizona. We ask for favor in Jesus name. Thank you.
