Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother Ken to Your loving care. Lord, Ken has been struggling with persistent pimples on his face for almost four years, and despite trying many products, he has found no relief. This has caused him to feel insecure and uncomfortable in public.
We ask, Lord, that You would bring healing to Ken's skin. Your Word tells us in Psalm 147:3 that You heal the brokenhearted and bind up their wounds. We pray that You would touch Ken's face with Your healing hand and restore his skin to health.
Father, we also ask for Your peace to fill Ken's heart. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us not to be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, to present our requests to You. And Your peace, which transcends all understanding, will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. May Ken find comfort and confidence in Your love and care for him.
Lord, we trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. We pray that Ken would feel Your presence and know that he is fearfully and wonderfully made, as stated in Psalm 139:14. Help him to see himself through Your eyes and to find his worth and identity in You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
