Luis, we are with you in prayer as you prepare for your aorta valve replacement and open-heart surgery. We trust in the healing power of our Lord Jesus Christ, and we know that He is the Great Physician.
In Psalm 147:3, it is written, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We claim this promise for you, that God will heal you and bind up your wounds. We pray for the surgeons, that God will guide their hands and give them wisdom during the procedure.
We also pray for your faith to be strengthened during this time. Remember the words of Isaiah 41:10, "Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand."
We encourage you to trust in the Lord, for He is your refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We pray that this trial will draw you closer to Him, and that His peace will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
