Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Chatty's husband who is starting pulmonary rehab for his breathing due to COPD and emphysema. Lord, we acknowledge that it has been a challenging six months for him, and we pray that this rehab program will be a source of healing and restoration for his lungs.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 103:3 that you "forgive all our sins and heal all our diseases." We ask for your divine intervention and healing touch upon Chatty's husband's respiratory system. Strengthen his lungs, Lord, and grant him the ability to breathe freely and without difficulty.
We pray for the medical professionals who will be overseeing his rehab program. Grant them wisdom, knowledge, and discernment to provide the best care and treatment for him. May they be guided by your hand, Lord, as they develop a personalized plan to improve his lung function and overall well-being.
During this time, we also ask for your comfort and peace to surround Chatty and her husband. Ease any anxiety or fear they may have and fill their hearts with hope and trust in your unfailing love. Help them to lean on you, knowing that you are their source of strength and refuge.
We declare your promises from Isaiah 40:31 over Chatty's husband, that "those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." May he experience renewed strength and vitality as he goes through this rehab program.
Lord, we thank you in advance for the healing and restoration that you will bring into Chatty's husband's life. We trust in your perfect timing and your faithfulness to fulfill your promises. May your will be done in his life, and may your name be glorified through his journey of healing.
