Hello. I’m Martha and for some reason I keep swallowing saliva all afternoon yesterday and again this morning. I think it’s because I took some magnesium yesterday and felt sick to my stomach and dizzy and now my throat feels different. I also suffer from extreme seasonal allergies. Please, pray my throat is healed and I stop swallowing so much I have to work today. Thank you all.
